GENERAL

When is the app available?

We'll let you know when the app is available.

 

When can I start banking push-ups?

Once you have signed up and the Challenge officially begins, you can start banking push-ups. You can bank for the current and previous days, but you can't bank for future days.

Does the app track my location?

No. We don't need to know your location for the Challenge, so we don't track your location.

Can I bank push-ups for previous days?

Yes, you can go into the app and bank push-ups for previous days. Simply click on the day you missed at the top of the Bank page to log these push-ups.

This is available for up to 3 weeks after the event officially closes.

TECHNICAL ISSUES

I am having trouble logging into the app

Please check the following:

  1. Make sure you have registered
  2. Make sure your email address and password are correct
  3. Contact us if you're still having problems

The app is showing a plain white screen

If there is no writing on the screen at all, we suggest uninstalling and re-installing the app.

The app is displaying a message that says 'no data'

You're probably in an area of poor internet. Try this, in this order:

1. Select 're-load'
2. Move to an area with good internet (if you haven't already) and select 're-load'
3. Try logging off (there should be a button towards the bottom of the screen)

If none of that works...


4. Uninstall and reinstall the app

Does the app need the internet to work?

Yes. If you're in an area of no internet, we recommend recording your push-ups the old-fashioned way (pen and paper) until you can log them into the app.
