About Our Challenge

One of our amazing young students,  Martyna,  who is also an incredible human being, asked me if we could be involved as a Club. Our martial arts team will be completing 2,000 push-ups in 23 days to raise awareness of mental health and fundraise for Samaritans. We will perform our press ups during our training sessions.  Our students range from ages 4 to 18 years. They are a wonderful and caring group with incredibly supportive parents and families.

We want to help make a difference!
Please support us as we push for better mental health from 5-27 February. All proceeds enable Samaritans to answer more calls for help from those at crisis point or feeling suicidal.

Supporting Samaritans

Samaritans is the charity that prevents suicide through the power of human connection. Connecting people in crisis with trained volunteers who will always listen. People calling for change with those who need to listen. People who’ve been there before, with those struggling now.

Samaritans make sure there’s always someone to listen if you’re in crisis or feeling suicidal. 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

By donating, you're helping someone with suicidal thoughts get help when they need it most.
