About Our Challenge
In February, our Team is taking part in The Push-Up Challenge. We are challenging ourselves to complete 2,000 push-ups between 5-27 February, 2026 to raise awareness of mental health and fundraise for Samaritans.
You can help us push for better mental health by joining us or donating to our Team.
Funds raised will enable Samaritans to answer more calls for help from those at crisis point or feeling suicidal.
Supporting Samaritans
Samaritans is the charity that prevents suicide through the power of human connection. Connecting people in crisis with trained volunteers who will always listen. People calling for change with those who need to listen. People who’ve been there before, with those struggling now.
Samaritans make sure there’s always someone to listen if you’re in crisis or feeling suicidal. 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
By donating, you're helping someone with suicidal thoughts get help when they need it most.

Well done UBD! If you were my child's painting, I would hang you on my fridge. If you were a flower, I would not pick you but give you a sniff and move on so that you could live. If you were a trophy, I would proudly display you before returning you to be up for grabs the following year in an annual games competition, which I would try to win again. If you were a a subway bread, I would pick you because you would be hearty Italian. If you were a bug bite on my back, I would scratch you so you would stick around for longer. If you were a restaurant you'd be McDs because it is reliable, outstanding, for the people and my fave. You are like the first gulp of air when you step off a return long haul flight arriving at Edinburgh airport, nothing better! Love you!
