Pushing Together for Mental Health
This February, the OP Agency team is taking on The Push-Up Challenge, committing to 2,000 push-ups between 5–27 February 2026 to raise awareness of mental health and fundraise for Samaritans.
The challenge represents the thousands of lives lost to suicide every day and reminds us why open conversations and real support matter. Every push-up is about showing solidarity, breaking stigma, and backing a cause that’s there for people at their lowest.
You can help us push for better mental health by donating. All funds raised enable Samaritans to answer more calls from people at crisis point or feeling suicidal, moments where having someone listen can make all the difference.

Supporting Samaritans
Samaritans is the charity that prevents suicide through the power of human connection. Connecting people in crisis with trained volunteers who will always listen. People calling for change with those who need to listen. People who’ve been there before, with those struggling now.
Samaritans make sure there’s always someone to listen if you’re in crisis or feeling suicidal. 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
