About Our Challenge

From the 5th-27th February, we are participating in the Push Up Challenge that is run by a charity that helps raise awareness about mental health issues and provides support for those struggling with this. Both being previous sufferers of mental health issues, the topic holds a very meaningful place in our hearts, hence we are taking part in this challenge with such motivation. However, the charities, such as this one, that provide this help cannot do it alone, and rely on fundraising and donations to reach those who need support, therefore we appreciate any funds we receive during this challenge as they all go to a cause we care so much about. Let’s help bring a light into the dark places so many people in the UK are in and follow us on our journey as we progress towards our goals.

Supporting Samaritans

Samaritans is the charity that prevents suicide through the power of human connection. Connecting people in crisis with trained volunteers who will always listen. People calling for change with those who need to listen. People who’ve been there before, with those struggling now.

Samaritans make sure there’s always someone to listen if you’re in crisis or feeling suicidal. 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

By donating, you're helping someone with suicidal thoughts get help when they need it most.
