About The Challenge

I've decided to join and participate in a different February challenge to the more musical one I usually do. I'm not sure which one feels harder: 2,000 push-ups or 14 songs - but I do know that no-one in their right mind would donate money in recognition of someone's self-indulgent dad-rock.
So that's why I've opted for 2,000 push-ups in 23 days. And whilst that may not seem like too tall an order, keep in mind I am now VERY OLD when considering whether to donate!

All proceeds go Samaritans enabling them to answer more calls for help from those at crisis point or feeling suicidal.

Supporting Samaritans

Samaritans is the charity that prevents suicide through the power of human connection. Connecting people in crisis with trained volunteers who will always listen. People calling for change with those who need to listen. People who’ve been there before, with those struggling now.

Samaritans make sure there’s always someone to listen if you’re in crisis or feeling suicidal. 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

By donating, you're helping someone with suicidal thoughts get help when they need it most.
