2,000 Push-Ups to Break the Stigma Around Mental Health
From 5–27 February, I’m taking on the challenge of completing 2,000 push-ups in 23 days to raise awareness of mental health and fundraise for Samaritans.
Mental health is something that has affected people close to me—some who have struggled in silence, some who are still struggling now. Seeing that firsthand has shown me how common these battles are, and how damaging stigma and lack of conversation can be.
This challenge isn’t just about push-ups. It’s about starting conversations, raising awareness, and reminding people that it’s okay to talk, to ask for help, and to not be okay sometimes.
All proceeds go directly to Samaritans, helping them answer more calls for help from people at crisis point or feeling suicidal. If you’re able to donate or share, you’ll be supporting a cause that truly saves lives.
Thank you for supporting better mental health.
Supporting Samaritans
Samaritans is the charity that prevents suicide through the power of human connection. Connecting people in crisis with trained volunteers who will always listen. People calling for change with those who need to listen. People who’ve been there before, with those struggling now.
Samaritans make sure there’s always someone to listen if you’re in crisis or feeling suicidal. 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
By donating, you're helping someone with suicidal thoughts get help when they need it most.
