About My Challenge
My names Cian at a point in my life i was very suicidal from having cancer which came from a tumor from when i was young which spread to my abdominal area stopping me enjoing and doing activities and going out with friends with consistant operations so. From someone who has experienced mental health and depression im glad to aware attention towards mental health and show people you can move forward and life is a gift, charish every day like its your last were all going to die one day push your limits and achieve big things.Supporting Samaritans
