2,000 push ups in 23 days

I'm completing 2,000 push-ups in 23 days to raise awareness of mental health and fundraise for Samaritans. Please support me as I push for better mental health from 5-27 February. All proceeds enable Samaritans to answer more calls for help from those at crisis point or feeling suicidal.

This is a cause very close to my heart. Something most people or anyone other than my doctor at the time do not know about me is I was in a very dark place after the loss of my son and came very close to crossing that final line. The first step I took to bettering my mental health was through speaking to Samaritans. At the time I seen this a one last chance to speak to someone before I was sure I was going to take my life, this was the start of the domino effect that lead me to speaking to a doctor and taking the important steps to recovery I needed. So I can definitely attest to the fact that Samaritans can and does save lifes.

Supporting Samaritans

Samaritans is the charity that prevents suicide through the power of human connection. Connecting people in crisis with trained volunteers who will always listen. People calling for change with those who need to listen. People who’ve been there before, with those struggling now.

Samaritans make sure there’s always someone to listen if you’re in crisis or feeling suicidal. 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

By donating, you're helping someone with suicidal thoughts get help when they need it most.
