About Our Challenge
In February, our Community is taking part in The Push-Up Challenge. We are challenging ourselves to complete 2,000 push-ups between 5-27 February, 2026 to push for better mental health outcomes in the UK.
You can help us push for better mental health by joining us or donating to our Community.
Funds raised will enable Samaritans to answer more calls for help from those at crisis point or feeling suicidal.
