I'm taking part in this challenge to help raise awareness and money towards Samaritans. Countless people suffer every day at the hands of suicide, be that directly or indirectly. But with organizations such as this a change can be made to help save lives, even just through a three minute phone call. The help that the Samaritans has provided for so many people struggling in silence is extremely inspiring and to be able to do anything I can to help their cause is a privilege.

Samaritans is the charity that prevents suicide through the power of human connection. Connecting people in crisis with trained volunteers who will always listen. People calling for change with those who need to listen. People who’ve been there before, with those struggling now.
Samaritans make sure there’s always someone to listen if you’re in crisis or feeling suicidal. 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
