About My Challenge

We all carry something that isn’t always visible, at some point in our lives, most of us struggle with mental health in one way or another. For me, that struggle was/has been anxiety and depression. It affected how I thought, felt, saw others and coped day to day. I know first hand how both, isolating and overwhelming it can be. As well as how important it is to have someone to listen to you, judgement-free. This is why I am completing 2,000 push-ups in 23 days to raise awareness of mental health and fundraise for Samaritans. A service that helps to offer hope, compassion and a literal lifeline to those who need it most. Please support me as I push for better mental health from 5-27 February.

Dedicated to: Everyone who is struggling

Supporting Samaritans

Samaritans is the charity that prevents suicide through the power of human connection. Connecting people in crisis with trained volunteers who will always listen. People calling for change with those who need to listen. People who’ve been there before, with those struggling now.

Samaritans make sure there’s always someone to listen if you’re in crisis or feeling suicidal. 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

By donating, you're helping someone with suicidal thoughts get help when they need it most.
