About My Challenge

I’m completing 2,000 push-ups in 23 days (5–27 February) to raise awareness of mental health and fundraise for Samaritans.

This challenge is for Ashley — my partner’s brother — who we lost this Christmas. He was a great guy and is deeply missed by everyone who knew him.

I’m into fitness, so taking on a physical challenge felt right, but more importantly this is a cause that could help stop someone else reaching the point Ashley did.

All proceeds go to Samaritans, helping them answer more calls from people at crisis point or feeling suicidal. If you’re able to support or share, it would mean a lot.

Supporting Samaritans

Samaritans is the charity that prevents suicide through the power of human connection. Connecting people in crisis with trained volunteers who will always listen. People calling for change with those who need to listen. People who’ve been there before, with those struggling now.

Samaritans make sure there’s always someone to listen if you’re in crisis or feeling suicidal. 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

By donating, you're helping someone with suicidal thoughts get help when they need it most.
