About My Challenge

If you're here, then thanks for clicking the link :)

After losing a good friend, my eyes were opened to the fact that suicide isn't just one of those things that affects other people. In the blink of an eye, suddenly you've lost someone, or you're thinking thoughts you've never had before.

I signed up for this challenge to feel like I'm helping a cause, and to also achieve something I hope I can be proud of. If I can raise some money on the way, then even better!

----

I'm completing 2,000 push-ups in 23 days to raise awareness of mental health and fundraise for Samaritans. Please support me as I push for better mental health from 5-27 February. All proceeds enable Samaritans to answer more calls for help from those at crisis point or feeling suicidal.

Dedicated to: Sophie M - one of the best souls to grace this planet. I still miss you.

Supporting Samaritans

Samaritans is the charity that prevents suicide through the power of human connection. Connecting people in crisis with trained volunteers who will always listen. People calling for change with those who need to listen. People who’ve been there before, with those struggling now.

Samaritans make sure there’s always someone to listen if you’re in crisis or feeling suicidal. 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

By donating, you're helping someone with suicidal thoughts get help when they need it most.
