Exercising my big back

2000 push ups in 22 days so i can get hench again and work my big back out. 

Also shout out mental illness, its rough I feel you. Not sure how push ups can help you but i encourage you to talk openly with people you trust and take it easy on yourself because someone needs to be able to support you and the world may feel out to get you.  Also take some time off social media, screens n stuff and touch grass. Like start learning to live and not rely on technology again. Everything feels tailored to make us less secure about ourselves and less connected to eachother.
