About My Challenge

As anyone who knows me knows, I am a lazy & unfit so-and-so. I have also struggled with mental health issues for most of my life. 
 
Helping people struggling with their mental health, especially those that are considering harming themselves is something that matters deeply to me. So in light of that, I have signed up to the push-up challenge: I am challenging myself to complete 2,000 push-ups within 23 days from 5-27 Feb. 
 
My aim is to try and raise £300 for Samaritans which could help potentially save 30 lives! Anything you can do to support me would be incredibly meaningful.

Supporting Samaritans

Samaritans is the charity that prevents suicide through the power of human connection. Connecting people in crisis with trained volunteers who will always listen. People calling for change with those who need to listen. People who’ve been there before, with those struggling now.

Samaritans make sure there’s always someone to listen if you’re in crisis or feeling suicidal. 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
