Phil the Shorts, presses on...
If an old sexagenarian can complete a mere 2000 pressups in 23 day's, then anyone can! I'm trying to raise both awareness of mental health and fundraise for Samaritans. Please support me as I push for better mental health from 5-27 February. All proceeds enable Samaritans to answer more calls for help from those at crisis point or feeling suicidal.
As an addendum, I've decided to expand the rules somewhat, as I have the 'London Virtual Marathon' to enjoy on the 26 April in Ko Pha Ngan, so am currently completing 165 press ups everyday (ish'), which should bring me eventually to 13,013 on the actual day of the LVM.
Now, there's a challenge...

Supporting Samaritans
Samaritans is the charity that prevents suicide through the power of human connection. Connecting people in crisis with trained volunteers who will always listen. People calling for change with those who need to listen. People who’ve been there before, with those struggling now.
Samaritans make sure there’s always someone to listen if you’re in crisis or feeling suicidal. 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
By donating, you're helping someone with suicidal thoughts get help when they need it most.
