About My Challenge
I'm completing 2,000 push-ups in 23 days to raise awareness of mental health and fundraise for Samaritans. Please support me as I push for better mental health from 5-27 February. All proceeds enable Samaritans to answer more calls for help from those at crisis point or feeling suicidal. I am neurodiverse and was diagnosed with bipolar during my parents divorce I love my job as a physiotherapist but have had some grief as my father who also has bipolar has Parkinson’s and I have had to take a bit of time off work to rest. To better my health and to thank the Samaritans for their calls during the stormy weather which is a trigger for my ptsd I will be looking after myself and doing the 1000 push up challenge to work on my strength and just as a Thankyou for the support so I can continue to be a good mum to my two precious girls

Supporting Samaritans
Samaritans is the charity that prevents suicide through the power of human connection. Connecting people in crisis with trained volunteers who will always listen. People calling for change with those who need to listen. People who’ve been there before, with those struggling now.
Samaritans make sure there’s always someone to listen if you’re in crisis or feeling suicidal. 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
By donating, you're helping someone with suicidal thoughts get help when they need it most.
