About My Challenge

Some people may what impact suicide has had on my life, and others will not, but sadly too many good lives are lost way too young. It is in memory of those fine young men that I will be completing the 2,000 push-ups challenge. I have 23 days to raise awareness of mental health and fundraise for Samaritans, and will be pushing through the pain.
Please support me as I push for better mental health from 5-27 February. All proceeds enable Samaritans to answer more calls for help from those at crisis point or feeling suicidal. Every life is worth saving.

Supporting Samaritans

Samaritans is the charity that prevents suicide through the power of human connection. Connecting people in crisis with trained volunteers who will always listen. People calling for change with those who need to listen. People who’ve been there before, with those struggling now.

Samaritans make sure there’s always someone to listen if you’re in crisis or feeling suicidal. 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

By donating, you're helping someone with suicidal thoughts get help when they need it most.
