About My Challenge

I'm completing 3000 push-ups in 28 days to raise awareness of mental health and fundraise for Samaritans. Please support me as I push for better mental health from 1st-28th February. All proceeds enable Samaritans to answer more calls for help from those at crisis point or feeling suicidal

The Samaritans mean a lot to my family, my granddad was a Samaritan and no doubt he influenced my path to social work. Many people I work with have complex mental health difficulties, have experienced trauma and benefit from the work the Samaritans do.

Supporting Samaritans

Samaritans is the charity that prevents suicide through the power of human connection. Connecting people in crisis with trained volunteers who will always listen. People calling for change with those who need to listen. People who’ve been there before, with those struggling now.

Samaritans make sure there’s always someone to listen if you’re in crisis or feeling suicidal. 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

By donating, you're helping someone with suicidal thoughts get help when they need it most.
