Father & Son Push up challenege

In February, my son and I are taking part in The Push-Up Challenge to raise awareness of mental health and support Samaritans.

Alongside completing 2,000 push-ups between 5–27 February 2026, my son is also creating Pokémon-inspired posters to sell, with a percentage of every sale donated to our fundraising goal.

This challenge is about teamwork, kindness, and learning that even small actions – a drawing, a push-up, or a donation – can make a big difference.

Funds raised will help Samaritans continue answering calls from people who are struggling or in crisis, ensuring support is there when it’s needed most.

Thank you for supporting our challenge and cheering us on

Supporting Samaritans

Samaritans is the charity that prevents suicide through the power of human connection. Connecting people in crisis with trained volunteers who will always listen. People calling for change with those who need to listen. People who’ve been there before, with those struggling now.

Samaritans make sure there’s always someone to listen if you’re in crisis or feeling suicidal. 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

By donating, you're helping someone with suicidal thoughts get help when they need it most.
