About My Challenge
Life can sometimes be a struggle. We have all had moments that can feel the weight of the world on us, and sometimes that feeling can last longer than a brief moment. And for some, it can all feel just too much.
I am trying to pull through that too, and hopefully I can give back a little something to help those who are not getting the support I did.
I'm completing 2,000 push-ups in 23 days to raise awareness of mental health and fundraise for Samaritans. Please support me as I push for better mental health from 5-27 February. All proceeds enable Samaritans to answer more calls for help from those at crisis point or feeling suicidal.
Supporting Samaritans
Samaritans is the charity that prevents suicide through the power of human connection. Connecting people in crisis with trained volunteers who will always listen. People calling for change with those who need to listen. People who’ve been there before, with those struggling now.
Samaritans make sure there’s always someone to listen if you’re in crisis or feeling suicidal. 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
