About Our Challenge
In February, our Team is taking part in The Push-Up Challenge. We are challenging ourselves to complete 2,000 push-ups between 5-27 February, 2026 to raise awareness of mental health and fundraise for Samaritans. You can help us push for better mental health by joining us or donating to our Team.
Funds raised will enable Samaritans to answer more calls for help from those at crisis point or feeling suicidal.
Supporting Samaritans
Samaritans is the charity that prevents suicide through the power of human connection. Connecting people in crisis with trained volunteers who will always listen. People calling for change with those who need to listen. People who’ve been there before, with those struggling now.
Samaritans make sure there’s always someone to listen if you’re in crisis or feeling suicidal. 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
By donating, you're helping someone with suicidal thoughts get help when they need it most.

Proud of you Paul for taking on this challenge and raising money for The Samaritans who do excellent work. Afghanistan wasn’t kind to my mental health but having strong friends around me and organisations who listen really make all the difference.. we don’t need to suffer in silence and talking letting go frees your mind to push forward . Thanks for your support and inspiration of fitness which has opened new doors for me in 2026 🙏
