Suicide is a huge problem and sadly I have known people who have completed suicide and I also have friends of friends and even family members who have lost people close to them, I'm doing this to raise awareness of this problem.

I'm completing 2,000 push-ups in 23 days to raise awareness of mental health and fundraise for Samaritans. Please support me as I push for better mental health from 5-27 February. All proceeds enable Samaritans to answer more calls for help from those at crisis point or feeling suicidal.
