23 days - 2000 push ups, lunges, or squats
I'm completing 2,000 push-ups in 23 days to raise awareness of mental health and fundraise for Samaritans. I'll be completing a range of different movements within the rules to hit the target. Press ups, lunges, squats and these can and will include weights, to make things that bit spicier and challenging.Supporting Samaritans
